EFT tapping is a way to take the emotional charge off our memories and experiences.
It is not the past that has an effect on our current reality – it is how we feel about it. The emotions that we associate with our memories (the emotional charge) can keep us stuck.
Changing the past is impossible. But we can release the emotions and disruptions in our mind-body system that are connected to past stressful and negative experiences.
As a result, we feel more free and empowered. We are able to look at our past in a more neutral way. That enables us to take the learning from our experiences. Thus, we can create a life independent from our so called negative stories of the past.

Yes! We tap on certain meridian endpoints on our skin. It looks a bit like we’re doing magic and it sure can have some magical results.
EFT uses a combination of the ancient Chinese meridian system and Western energy psychology. It is based on the idea, that “negative” emotions and stressful events (including trauma) are disruptions in the energy system.
Tapping on the meridians endpoints on our body while gently focusing on our distress (e.g. verbally) sends signals to our brain and can change our response to a particular issue – we literally rewire our brain and change conditioned responses
The harmonious, healing sounds and vibrations of singing bowls help you to relax and wind down. They can put you in a state between waking and sleeping, a state beyond the “monkey mind” that is active in everyday life. If you give yourself fully to this state, your inner dialogue (your “inner critic”) is put to rest and you may experience new levels of tranquility and peace.
