My approach:

I gently guide you through a process that supports the release of stuck emotional issues, limiting beliefs, trauma and patterns of behavior that no longer serve you. At the heart of my bespoke sessions lies the transformative power of EFT, a somatic approach that takes you beyond surface-level solutions. 

We don’t just address your presenting challenges; we create a safe internal space where long-lasting change can take root and flourish.

Instead of thinking things through and analysing, we take a down-to-earth somatic approach. It’s like a roadmap to feeling more grounded, shedding emotional baggage, and finding comfort in your own skin.
