We’ll explore what you aim to get out of the session and what specific challenges, or emotions you’d like to work through.

1 x 90 minute personalised EFT session via google meet.

Follow-up call
One 30-minute call within one week after the Deep-Dive Session to answer any questions and support your integration process.

We´ll set the sails for our time together, explore your challenges, vision and determine the best session rhythm for your goals.

7 x 60 minutes personalised EFT sessions via google meet
The sessions are tailored to your unique needs and scheduled strategically for momentum. (Many people start with 3 sessions in the first month and move to bi-weekly sessions afterward).

Ongoing support
Exclusive messaging support via WhatsApp or Telegram (Mon-Fri) for check-ins and reflections in-between sessions.

Follow-up call
One 30-minute call within four weeks after completion to answer any questions and support your integration process.
