In a world where environmental changes and climate concerns can feel overwhelming, it’s natural to experience anxiety, frustration, or a sense of helplessness. This tapping circle, Chaos to Calm: Tapping for Climate Change Resilience, is designed to offer a safe, supportive space for processing these complex emotions and building resilience together.

As a group of like-minded people, we’ll begin by acknowledging our own struggles, recognising them as an essential starting point for cultivating compassion—both for ourselves and for the world around us. 

When we can move beyond stress and urgency into a state of ease and resilience, we open ourselves to greater clarity and creative thinking. 

In this state, we’re much more likely to come up with creative ideas and solutions: long-lasting and true change, rather than attempting to address our challenges from the same mindset of stress and urgency that already brought us into the situation (and creating more of the same). 

This applies not only to our personal lives but also to the wider world we all share. 

Let´s to this together and tap into meaningful change. 💚 

Through the gentle yet transformative practice of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), we’ll tap through the stress, grief, and overwhelm that may feel heavy or unresolved, creating space for a renewed sense of empowerment and peace.
