But when it feels like nothing is really shifting, it’s often because most approaches help you understand your emotions — but not actually feel and release them. Your mind gets it, but your body still holds on.

Hi, I´m Sina!

For a long time, I followed the well-trodden path—checking the boxes, doing what was expected, building a life that looked good on the outside. Many things were great – but the longer I continued the more I felt like something was missing. 

In 2016, I finally listened. I left my corporate job for what was meant to be a short sabbatical—and that’s when everything began to shift. I started exploring what my way really looked like, beyond other people’s (and my own) definitions of success.

Since then, I’ve poured my energy into work that feels more  meaningful and aligned. Along the way, I discovered EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques)—a tool that changed so much. It helped me navigate my own fears and doubts, and became a powerful way to support others on their own brave path.

I know how disorienting and vulnerable it can feel to step off the familiar track—whether you already know what you want to build or you’re still figuring it out. It asks us to let go of old identities, shift deeply rooted beliefs, and find new ways of being. But I also know how freeing it can be to finally do it your way—and that’s exactly what I’m here to support you with.
